What is House of Raven?
House of Raven is a creative platform built to celebrate music, poetry, art, storytelling, apparel, and creators across different mediums and experience levels.
We believe creativity deserves a place to be seen, heard, worn, shared, and experienced.
What does House of Raven sell?
House of Raven offers original apparel, poetry, artwork, and creative products inspired by meaningful stories and authentic expression.
We also showcase and sell work from independent creators through curated collections, collaborations, and creative projects.
Where are your clothing products made?
We are proud to support Canadian businesses and our local community.
Our apparel blanks are sourced through a Canadian company, while embroidery, printing, and finishing touches are completed locally in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
By choosing House of Raven, you are supporting Canadian suppliers, local craftsmanship, independent creators, and a small business committed to creating meaningful products close to home whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability varies by destination.
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Are all sales final?
Yes.
All sales through House of Raven are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference, sizing preference, or other personal reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact House of Raven so the situation can be reviewed.
Final sale policies remain subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Can I collaborate with House of Raven?
Absolutely.
We are always interested in connecting with musicians, writers, artists, photographers, filmmakers, designers, and creators of all kinds.

Do you offer artist representation?
Yes.
House of Raven represents select artists and creators through our platform.
Representation may include a dedicated presence on the House of Raven website, artist or creator spotlights, ongoing social media features and shout-outs, promotion of new work, and opportunities to be included in House of Raven projects, collaborations, media, and events.
Represented creators are also welcome to send us their own content, announcements, releases, behind-the-scenes moments, upcoming shows, artwork, or other promotional material. House of Raven may share this content through our website and social media channels when it aligns with the platform and brand.
Our goal is to give creators a place to be discovered, supported, and consistently promoted while helping bring more attention to the work they are already creating.
House of Raven representation does not automatically include exclusive management, booking, or agency services unless separately agreed upon.
What can represented artists send House of Raven?
Represented artists and creators may send content they would like considered for promotion, including:
- New releases or projects
- Photos and videos
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Upcoming performances or events
- New artwork or products
- Announcements
- Interviews or media
- Creative updates
- Promotional graphics or content
House of Raven may edit, format, caption, or schedule submitted content so it fits the platform and overall brand.

How do I become a House of Raven Creator?
House of Raven works with independent creators who are looking for a place to showcase and sell their work.
Creators can apply to become part of the House. Once approved, their work can be featured and sold through the House of Raven platform.
How much does it cost to become a Creator?
The House of Raven Creator Membership is $15 per month.
House of Raven also retains a 5% platform fee on each product sale, calculated from the product selling price before taxes and shipping.
How many products can I list?
Each creator may have up to 10 active products listed on the House of Raven website at one time.
Products may be removed or replaced as your collection changes.
What do I need to provide for each product?
For every product submitted, creators must provide:
- Product or artwork name
- Description or information about the piece
- Selling price
- Clear photos
- Dimensions or sizing
- Product weight
- Approximate packaging weight
- Materials or care information, when applicable
- Any additional information customers should know
Do my product photos need to be professional?
No.
Please provide the clearest and highest-quality photos you can.
House of Raven can assist with cropping, background cleanup, photo editing, and preparing images for the website.
We may also clean up or format product descriptions so listings remain consistent and professional throughout the House of Raven website.
How quickly will my products be added to the website?
Please allow time for products to be prepared and uploaded.
Listings may require photo editing, description formatting, shipping setup, product information entry, and website preparation before they can go live.
Submitting a product does not mean it will appear on the website immediately.
Who is responsible for packaging products?
Creators are responsible for supplying and paying for their own packaging.
Products must be packaged securely enough to withstand transportation and shipping.
Packaging requirements will depend on the product. Artwork, for example, may require protective wrapping, bubble wrap, plastic or stretch wrap, cardboard protection, and/or an appropriate shipping box.
Creators are responsible for making sure their products are packaged safely and ready for shipment.
Why do I need to provide product and packaging weight?
Accurate weights help House of Raven calculate shipping correctly.
Creators must provide:
Product Weight
The weight of the product or artwork by itself.
Packaging Weight
The approximate weight of the packaging materials used to prepare the product for shipment.
Accurate product dimensions should also be provided whenever possible.
House of Raven is not responsible for additional shipping costs caused by incorrect weights or dimensions supplied by the creator.
Who ships my orders?
For local creators, your sold product must be fully packaged and ready for shipment.
House of Raven can arrange to pick up the packaged order and ship it to the customer.
For non-local creators, you may be required to ship the product directly to the customer.
House of Raven will provide the necessary order information. Tracking information must be provided once the order has been shipped.
What happens if my product sells somewhere else?
Creators must notify House of Raven as soon as possible if a listed product becomes unavailable.
This includes products that have:
- Sold privately
- Sold through another website or platform
- Been damaged
- Been removed from sale
- Had a price change
- Had important product information change
Keeping inventory accurate helps prevent customers from purchasing something that is no longer available.
What happens if I do not pay my monthly Creator Membership?
Creator memberships must remain active for products to stay listed on the House of Raven website.
If your monthly membership payment is missed, your listings may be temporarily paused until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in your products being removed from the website.
Are Creator sales final?
Yes.
All sales through House of Raven are final.
Creators are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, photos, measurements, pricing, condition information, and other relevant product details.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, colour preference, sizing preference, or other personal reasons.
If an order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or another issue occurs, House of Raven will review the situation with the creator and customer on a case-by-case basis.
Final sale policies remain subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Who is responsible for the quality of Creator products?
Creators remain responsible for the quality, authenticity, accuracy, condition, and safe preparation of the products they submit for sale.
House of Raven provides the platform, website management, listing assistance, marketing, promotion, and fulfilment support outlined in our Creator Guidelines.
Can House of Raven edit my listing?
Yes.
House of Raven may make minor edits to photos, descriptions, titles, formatting, and product information to maintain a consistent and professional appearance across the website.
Any major changes affecting the meaning of your listing or your selling price will be discussed with you.
Can I send House of Raven content to promote my work?
Yes.
Creators are welcome to send content related to their work, projects, launches, releases, events, or creative process.
House of Raven may share submitted content through our website or social media channels when it aligns with the House of Raven platform and brand.
What if I no longer want to be a Creator?
Creators can contact House of Raven if they would like to leave the platform or remove their products.
Any outstanding customer orders must still be completed before the creator’s listings are closed.
Where can I read the full Creator Guidelines?
Approved creators will receive the full House of Raven Creator Guidelines & Terms.
These guidelines outline membership fees, product listings, packaging, shipping, fulfilment, creator responsibilities, and other important information.
