All purchases made at House of Raven are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing, or colour preference.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that full payment is due at the time of purchase.

If you believe your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofraven.ca@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we will review your case.
